Unexpected Search and Recovery
As the name implies, this is the reef right in front of the diver lodge we stayed at. There had been some confusion about where we were diving, so when Schurt and Kris asked us to join them on the house reef, we agreed.
As we were descending, I saw a black weight pouch drop from the surface to the reef. Schurt had misplaced his weight poiuches in his harness. Lucy and I did a search and recover and found it, but on attempting to descend again, Schurt's other weight pouch dropped and this time we couldn't find it, so we all aborted.
Later, Ahmed guided us along the reef. Again, it is in pretty good condition with plentiful life.
(A snorkeler found the lost pouch, much to Schurt's delight!)

Octopus Hunting during the day!
The highlight of this dive was discovering an octopus out hunting during daylight. It's either stupidly brave or it knows there aren't any predators around.
